I love everything about this photo, it's breathtaking but if I had one nit it would be the post work, which is rather overhanded on the face. Sometimes you can get away with it but when you have two tones, (here shadow and bright) the shadow really brings this to full attention to the texture at transition. As a general rule, if you are going to use digital cover-up you want to minimize blur layers and leave some texture on the face. If you find that you absolutely need to go heavy on the the post, then you might try lassoing the area and using high pass with a soft light layer to bring back at least some skin texture. It's something I have done when I absolutely could not let a picture go without significant touch up.
Terrible lapsus, je ne faisais aucune allusion à la cig' dans mon commentaire.Et l'emoticon n'était là que pour illustrer le fait que devant certaines photos je me sens parfois comme après un bon repas ou autre ... ^^'
